As Design Program Director at IBM, Ana manages, mentors and coaches 25 designers working on Cloud Pak for Data, one of IBM's main strategic initiatives. In her current position, she collaborates with colleagues in Design, Development and Product Management at all levels to deliver experiences that support customers on their journey to data maturity. In her previous function as Senior Creative Director for Olapic, pioneers in social media marketing, Ana oversaw the day-to-day activities of the remote design team. She worked with the Content, Demand Generation and Analytics teams in the creation of integrated marketing campaigns. She also supported the ABM teams in creating custom marketing materials to retain current - and attract new business. Prior to joining Olapic, Ana help multiple roles at Reuters, the world's leading agency. Her last role was Senior Product Manager where she worked with Front- and End-Developers as well as the Global Editorial team on the integration of Reuters Editorial Platform with Reuters News Agency's global news delivery platform. She also provided guidance on Reuters multimedia strategy. As Creative Director for Product Design, Ana established the group's first UX practice. She oversaw and actively participated in the development of diverse B2B media products for customers such as the New York Times, BBC, CNN, and NowThis, to name a few. She also developed a Learn at Lunch Program, inviting innovators in the field of news, most notably Alexander Klöpping Co-Founder of Blendle, and Connor O'Day from VideoVR. Before working for Reuters, Ana worked at Buddy Media as a Creative Director managing the creation and execution of all branding materials. Buddy Media was sold to Salesforce for US$800MM. Ana started her career, at Time Inc., the world's largest publisher holding a number of progressively responsible digital roles. Ana holds a Master of Science in Strategic Communications from Columbia University as well as a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design. She also co-owns the Design Operations LinkedIn group with Louis Rosenfeld.
