What we count as real progress

Our core metric is a Monthly Meaningful Progressor: a member who, in a given month, completes a learning module or lab, gives or receives real critique, completes a mentor session with a follow-up, publishes a revision or project artifact, or records a job or interview outcome. We do not count logins, page views or registrations as progress on their own, because none of those mean someone actually grew.

What the numbers above are, and are not

Every figure on this page is a count of something a person did or something we published: a member who finished onboarding, a mentor a reviewer approved, a session both people confirmed happened. They are activity, and activity is the floor of impact rather than the proof of it. The progress metric above is the number we hold ourselves to, and we will publish it here once enough of the platform records the events it depends on.
