Two-factor, passkeys, and signing out everywhere
Your settings now have a Security page: change your password, turn on two-factor authentication, add a passkey, and see and end every session your account is signed in on.

The career plan no longer shows two headings with the same name, and an empty plan offers one way to start rather than two.
Getting started asks everyone the same questions
The sign-up steps ask every new member for the things we actually match on, and skipping a step is no longer recorded as finishing it.
Smaller things: the Help Center, and pages that hold still
FAQ is now the Help Center, the breadcrumb sits at the same height on every page, and pages stop shifting sideways as you move between them.
A dismissed notification is not a lost one
Everything you clear from your notifications is kept, and you can read it back whenever you like.
News and event pages fill the page
Reading a story or an event no longer happens in a narrow column with empty space on either side.

Events, news and jobs now share the same heart-shaped Save button, which fills in pink once you have used it.

Events opens on the calendar, and Past Events has a page of its own
The calendar is the first thing you see on Events, and past events and your own events are pages you can link to rather than tabs.
A private notebook for every mentoring relationship
On any request's page, Notebook opens a drawer for your own notes, next actions and a follow-up date. The other person never sees it, and mentors have one for the first time.
