I'm a designer and ex-product manager. I've worked across user research, quality assurance, community building and customer support. Happy to help with portfolio reviews and questions about switching to UX from other fields. I help people do their work easier and faster. I'm a multidisciplinary designer and user advocate with a background in product management and quality assurance. I enjoy building products and experiences that aim to solve meaningful problems. I've worked through all stages of the product lifecycle from inception to sunset. In my journey from quality assurance to product and now design, I have developed a strong customer focus. The aim is to get a user from A to B in the fastest and most delightful way through user-centric, accessible and data-informed design. To summarise - I help teams and businesses build better experiences that drive growth and value while leading to a delightful user experience, leveraging User Research, Design Thinking, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Prototyping, UX Strategy, Storytelling and collaborative Design Management processes for continuous improvement.
