I'm a senior product and customer experience executive — 18 years building products and platforms that change how millions of customers interact with the companies they rely on. Most recently, as Vice President at Citigroup, I led AI and personalization platforms supporting 12 million customers in the US Cards business — work that drove a 27% lift in engagement, $18M+ in incremental quarterly revenue, and a 14-point CSAT improvement, while strengthening governance and risk controls in a heavily regulated environment. This included deploying enterprise GenAI capabilities using Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT integrated with Citi's proprietary data and algorithms — across both customer-facing and employee-facing workflows — inside one of the most regulated financial environments in the world. I'm now focused on bringing this work into industries going through similar transformation — where AI-driven personalization, customer experience modernization, and data-driven operating models are reshaping how companies engage their customers and members. Both industries reward the kind of work I've already done at scale: regulated, customer-facing, AI-enabled platforms that deliver measurable business outcomes. Alongside this search, I advise early-stage and mid-market companies on product strategy, AI/CRM platforms, and operating model design. I also write Product Innovator's Corner, a LinkedIn newsletter on AI, product strategy, and modern management practices, and have led a 35,000-member global community for management and product professionals since 2009.
