What balancing means is not just what should be done from a user and business perspective, but what is practical technically. I am also passionate to share my UX knowledge at Tech & Design conferences like; Google for Entrepreneur Start-Up Week-End, Tech In Asia, UX Testing event at Jakarta, Global Service Jam, Geek Camp Indonesia, East Ventures Hive talk, CompFest University of Indonesia, and many more. I also write many articles about digital product design and strategy on blogs and mediums.
