About Me
I've been working as a UX Designer for over 7 years. It was at MediaMonks LA where I had my first opportunity to mentor one of our interns for six months. Good news: he got hired! In Amsterdam, I enrolled in the Ladies that UX mentorship program, where I mentored two girls at different points in their UX lives. Currently, mentoring at Designed.org. I’d love to keep mentoring and empowering juniors in the UX field. To me, mentorship is a tailored experience since every individual has different goals. And I'd like to develop a close friendly relationship with my mentee where both feel comfortable. It's not all about work, it's about building relationships as well.
