About Me

Hi, I'm Charlotte, an enthusiastic service designer who strives to create long-lasting positive impacts in the lives of users and the community. I have experience working in large companies, small design studios, and start-ups. For 7 years, I worked as a service designer in a nonprofit organization that supports people with cognitive disabilities. For the last year, I have been working on a transformation project with the federal government. Over the last 10 years, I collaborated with people from different communities and diverse abilities. I see designers as having the responsibility to center and amplify marginalized voices and to design for equity and accessibility.
