About Me
I am a product manager at Snapp!, Iran's first and leading ride-hailing app, where I manage products in the location domain for over 50 million users and 5 million rides per day. As a location domain expert, I leverage my background in computer software engineering and my strategic management skills to deliver solutions that enhance the user experience and business performance. Previously, I worked as a product manager at Otaghak, one of the top 3 online platforms that offers a variety of accommodations in Iran. There, I led a high-impact project to redesign the listing page, product detail page, and booking flow, resulting in a boost in average order value and gross merchandise value. I also implemented an advanced room sorting algorithm that utilized factors such as pricing, availability, user preferences, and popularity to improve the search quality. I am currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Tehran, where I am focusing on strategy. I have also obtained multiple certifications in product management from reputable institutions, such as Product School, International Institute of Business Analysis, and Project Management Institute.
