About Me

My experience started off firmly in the learning and development world this created a learning experience digital and in-person. Over time my focus moved from tactical design to strategic thinking and design. My world now falls within transformational economy design Designing better employee experiences, new product innovations, or improving your customer experiences can often take up far too much of your valuable time and resources. That’s why I focus on creating results fast. By being data-informed and running rapid experimentation, I can achieve objectives in record time. I’ve been lucky enough to collaborate with a diverse group of organizations from scale-up through to huge global names such as Microsoft, LinkedIn, LEGO, and Novo-Nordisk. My specialty? Stretching your thinking and offering diverse and dynamic ideas for your organization, to achieve meaningful, impactful change through design. I have a non-traditional approach, which ensures innovative solutions to modern challenges.
