I am a design leader and an experienced product designer who uses design-thinking and strategy to enable innovation, deliver online products and services, build design capability with a focus on transforming the organisation. To bring forth a winning design and UX, I understand the user needs, product-market fit, business objectives, ROI, and even growth-hacking-ability of the product. My 18+ years of hands-on experience with these skills help me in solving the business problems with the bigger picture in sight. As an experienced designer, I am helping clients in building delightful experiences for more than a decade now with my diverse expertise, actively leading and delivering design solutions to businesses, as a hands-on practitioner and coach. I not only work on the design side of the digital products or services but also understand the user needs, competitive landscape, business growth/ROI, growth-hacking and measurement aspect of it. This diverse expertise allows me to solve problems and uncover opportunities in unique ways. Launched great products with proven ability to conduct product-market-fit analysis and design best-fit solutions for multifaceted platforms including desktop/mobile responsive web and mobile platforms like iOS/Android. Having a keen sense of what users are looking for, and I can back it up with experience in both UX design and product development aspects of web and mobile for building habit-forming products. Strong exposure and experience in managing LEAN UX & Design for Web/Mobile offerings. Delivering from concept to launch ranging from UX design strategy to fine-tuning product/feature experience for conversion impact, traffic growth, customer retention, profitability & sustainable business growth using innovative design strategies, growth hacking, innovation, agile delivery, user research and consumer insights for high conversion impact and user engagement. Organized design-thinking workshops with brands I have worked. Also, being a UX community cultivator I have founded & evangelized UXnow.org – an Annual UX Design Conference for the UX & Product fraternity.
