I specializes in leading customer-centric transformations by helping companies develop, embed and scale customer-back ways of working and operating models across the enterprise. Dipesh has more than 20 years of experience designing new products & services and leading organisations across the Middle East, Africa, Asia and the UK. Prior to joining McKinsey, I headed cx and design studio to launch multiple startups, family investment venture and leading digital transformation over 25+ design specialists. As a successful entrepreneur, Dipesh founded and sold wealth management startups.
