I am a UX designer (8 years of experience) based in Montreal. I design for people. I research and study the users' needs (with traditional and non-traditional methods). Then I co-design and test the first solution(s) to improve by iteration. As a User Experience designer, my approach to design is all about caring for people, identifying their needs, understanding them, and creating the solution that will help them to have a better life. Create a product/service which has a meaning for the future.
