I'm dedicated to creating the necessary conditions for my team members to grow, innovate, and succeed in their roles. By connecting people, I also foster inspiration, collaboration, and alignment. Currently, I'm leading Product Design for Growth at MongoDB. Focused on activation, engagement, and monetization of the cloud product Atlas. Partnered with Product and Tech Leads in building an experimentation framework. Previously I led the Product Design Team at The Wall Street Journal.
