Hi, I'm Gabi! I work with Human-centered design since 2018, and I have a master's in Customer Experience and Innovation from IE Business School, Madrid. During my working hours, I'm currently a Global Service Designer @ FARFETCH, doing what's never been done for the love of fashion.
