About Me

I'm a Senior Product Designer with 8+ years designing complex SaaS, healthcare, fintech and enterprise products across web, mobile and tablet. My strongest work sits where workflows, data, business rules and human decisions intersect — taking systems that are genuinely hard to understand and making them feel clear and manageable. I'm currently User Experience Manager at PsychPlus, a HIPAA-regulated mental health platform serving 50,000+ patients, where I was the first designer and built the design system from scratch. Before that, I designed an EHR platform used by 8,000+ clinicians (CureMD), owned end-to-end UX for a regulated financial platform covering onboarding, verification and transactions (Bitflex), and led design across web, iOS and Android for a consumer marketplace (Cheetay). Four years of agency work at SmashCloud gave me breadth across business process management, workforce analytics, clinical workflows and logistics platforms. AI is genuinely part of how I work — Duke certifications, and daily use of Claude and Cursor for research synthesis, rapid prototyping and directing front-end code, with product decisions still grounded in real user evidence. My approach combines user research, behavioural psychology, systems thinking and design systems to simplify difficult problems without oversimplifying the product.
