Hello! I'm a naturally curious Senior Product Designer and UX Instructor with a deep passion for design thinking, problem solving and understanding my customers. I have over 12 years of experience designing UI and customer experiences for both marketing websites and web based applications. This process has often involved working with internal stakeholders to define and understand the problem and goals, talking with users (interviews, surveys), sketching, wireframing, and creating interactive prototypes, then pairing with engineers to refine the UI (or building out the front end myself using HTML/CSS/SASS/LESS).
