About Me

Hi, my name is Jack - I'm addicted to solving people problems with social impact in focus. I've designed and led user-driven product experiences for over millions of users at early-stage startups and corporation. Currently, I’m designing products at Moody’s Analytics. My experience lies in product, user experience design, brand strategy, and social impact. I've also had the privilege of working in so many different industries such as retail, education, healthcare, and even fast food! This has allowed me to quickly build empathy for people in all kinds of contexts — to be curious about why people do things the way they do and how I can serve them better and more meaningfully through experiences. Both of my parents are immigrants who did not have the same education as me. I'm privileged to be the first in my family to graduate from college and to have the opportunity to work in tech! Getting to where I am today is not only thanks to my family, but also to the many people who have helped me along the way. I'm a strong believer in social impact and building experiences to help people and to give back!
