Design leader with 14 years of experience and a proven track record of building successful, user-centred products and world-class design teams. I am currently leading design for the TransferWise business product. I've been leading and mentoring designers for the last 7 years. I am an Experience Design Lead who blends strong design thinking with knowledge of technology, science and business acumen to build great products and make sense of complex environments, working across various disciplines to help to create exceptional experiences. Twelve years of experience in product design, I matured an extensive knowledge of mobile and desktop design best practices, for consumer and enterprise markets alike, across different industries. I build and scale teams - I thrive in a team environment, leading, inspiring and motivating colleagues to achieve greatness.
