About Me
I'm a product designer and researcher living in Toronto, Canada. I've been interested in the interplay between human behaviour and design for as long as I can remember. I have 12 years of experience as a product designer, and 5 years as a people leader. Through that I’ve developed expertise in product research, service design, product thinking and launching 0-1 initiatives. I’ve led design for clients in many different industries, including the financial sector, healthcare and e-commerce space. Most recently I managed a remote team of designers at Shopify through the successful launch of the native B2B app Shopify Collective. I was a social worker before I shifted careers into design, so coaching and mentorship is near and dear to my heart. I'm happy to help however I can.
