Currently, as the Founding Product Designer at Flowit.ai, I lead the end-to-end design of Connected Insights, our flagship B2B SaaS AI product for frontline managers, which has scaled from a single chat-based experience to a full product suite, contributing over CHF 2M in company CARR. My background spans conversational AI, HR tech, Payments, logistics, and social commerce across B2B and B2C products, with a speciality in UX research, interaction design, chat-based AI agents, agentic workflows, and design systems.
