An experienced Usability Analyst with a deep understanding of user experience while designing applications for huge companies in different domains of E-Commerce, Chemicals & Petroleum, Healthcare, Digital Banking, Technology & Travel, Digital Reinvention, Specialties: Experience in creating Information Architecture of the system by including Stakeholder Interviews, CX Journey Mapping, Contextual Inquiry, Card Sorting, Competitive Analysis, Heuristic Evaluations, formal Usability Testing, A/B Testing, Ethnography Research.
