Hi, I'm Tsai (some people may know me from earlier in my career as Jessica) 👋 I'm a Senior Product Designer focused on AI-enabled platforms, enterprise SaaS, and regulated systems.I own problems end-to-end. I help teams make principled decisions across product strategy, system design, and execution. I design software that's approachable for new users, powerful for experts, and resilient at scale.
