I’m a Product Designer & Human Centred Design advocate, currently disguised as Head of Design for Customer Experience Studio 383. With a broad client experience ranging from fashion and global leisure brands to private healthcare and the energy sector, along with over 20 years of experience and a deep understanding of designing for human behavior, I’ve become fairly passionate about crafting authentic experiences, services, and products that make a genuine difference for real people. I'm highly driven and work in a field that I am extremely passionate about, where I strive to understand my clients' business thoroughly so that I can help them communicate using technology as an aid. I understand how to make the best use of technology when approaching design solutions, applying fundamental design principles to everything to ensure a high quality of output and ultimately a greater benefit to the client. I also know when to step away from technology and focus on the human experience.
