About Me

I help organisations translate sustainability ambition into governed, measurable action — across carbon, circular economy, supply chain ESG, reporting frameworks, and culture change. With over 20 years of leadership across a FTSE 100 group, my own consultancy, and a senior role in a global medical device manufacturer, I bring an unusually broad foundation: supply chain governance, internal audit, financial reporting, programme management, and operational delivery — before dedicating the last five years entirely to ESG and sustainability strategy. What I do As founder of Dieple Consulting, I deliver ESG strategy, materiality assessments, responsible sourcing, human rights due diligence, and net zero strategy across sectors. At CooperVision, I managed the portfolio of sustainability programmes and governance — driving Scope 1, 2 & 3 carbon accounting, leading regulatory gap analysis (CSRD, CSDDD, ISSB, PPWR), embedding sustainable procurement and circular economy principles, and providing ESG advisory across a global, multi-site organisation. Where I add distinctive value I sit at the intersection of technical ESG and governance rigour, and bring commercial and financial discipline to both. My ACCA qualification and years in internal audit mean I approach ESG data assurance-ready. My supply chain background means I understand how sustainability actually gets embedded at the operational level. Senior sustainability roles — permanent or interim — across corporate ESG, advisory, or transformation: Head of Sustainability, ESG Manager, Sustainability Transformation Lead or equivalent, where I can bring strategic, technical, and operational depth to an organisation treating sustainability as a business imperative, not a compliance exercise. Defined consulting projects through Dieple: carbon accounting and reporting readiness, ESG strategy and materiality, supply chain due diligence, or a programme that needs to land.
