About Me

Author of "Find Your Inner Rebel" and co-author of the "Design Career Handbook." I believe that design positively impacts business when you create lovable products that solve problems, improve lives, and make people happy. I'm passionate about how design impacts business and everything related to leveling up in one's career. I've built and led teams at Verizon, 23andMe, LinkedIn, and several start-ups. For over 25 years, I have been a product and design leader, building human-centered teams that have launched innovative solutions across many domains: content publishing, education and training, interactive media and entertainment, social networking, B2B, SaaS, and consumer health.
