About Me

Every great product tells a story, one of solving the right problem, designing for impact, and evolving with its users. For more than a decade, I have been at the centre of these stories, building and shaping user experiences that drive business success. Over the years, my focus expanded beyond design into leading product strategy, scaling teams, and driving innovation. I started as a designer, focused on crafting seamless user experiences. But as I grew, so did my perspective. I realised that design isn’t just about aesthetics or usability, it’s a strategic advantage and a force multiplier for growth. In recent years, I have been leading product and design teams, driving the vision behind AI-powered, user-centric solutions that scale. I have led teams through hypergrowth, market shifts, and technology transformations, shaping products that scale. More recently, AI has become a key enabler, redefining user interactions, business decisions, and how teams build for the future. My focus is on integrating AI where it enhances, not replaces, the human experience, ensuring technology works for people, not the other way around. My journey has also been shaped by learning experiences at MIT and ISB, where I deepened my expertise in product strategy, innovation, and leadership. These experiences have given me a broader perspective on how technology and design drive business impact at scale.
