About Me

I have 20+ years of experience creating accessible, inclusive digital products and experiences as a user experience (UX) designer, content designer, information architect, visual designer, and front-end developer. In addition to being an enterprise-level design strategy leader at Fidelity Investments and a design mentor for ADPList, I'm also a design and innovation consultant. I facilitate and coach VTS (Visual Thinking Strategies) to help teams and individuals improve active listening and other communication competencies, build leadership skills, identify and mitigate biases, and boost psychological safety needed for learning, innovation, and inclusion. I have my Graduate Certificate in Learning Design & Technology from Harvard and my BA in Professional Writing with a minor in Art Studio from the University of New Mexico. My superpowers are strategically navigating complexity, creatively pushing boundaries, calmly traversing change, and empathetically building bridges. I'm also a Boymom, children's book author-illustrator, web 3.0/crypto nerd, and singer.
