Currently, I work as AXA's Design Lead, improving human-centric innovation products and services for our customers by facilitating people and methodology and creating a customer-centric mindset. As a seasoned FinTech experience, I was an AVP in DBS Bank to bridge the gap between business and design to improve the customer experience. Also, managed and prioritized feature backlog with the Technology team, working closely with different team managers to comply with business objectives, with a mind towards benefits and tradeoffs. Prior to that, my creativity and experience have brought to me some respected 4A advertising agencies like Tribal DDB, AKQA in Shanghai, China. I am passionate about innovation which led my team to present interesting, creative campaigns for worldwide clients like Volkswagen, McDonald’s, Unilever. I joined Jetstar Airways Greater China marketing team in 2013, in charge of developing "big ideas" to craft cross-channel marketing campaigns, working closely with key external partners to ensure their execution and are relevance in light of business and communication goals set for projects.
