About Me

I lead product design for enterprise software, helping teams simplify complex workflows, improve collaboration, and build scalable user experiences. Over the past several years, I’ve led product design across enterprise SaaS and HCM products, partnering closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to shape product direction and improve experiences across complex, multi-product ecosystems. The work I enjoy most is solving challenging product problems, especially those involving evolving requirements, multiple stakeholders, and systems with many moving parts. I’m at my best when bringing clarity to ambiguity, helping teams make thoughtful design decisions, and creating experiences that are intuitive for users while supporting long-term business goals. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on: * Leading and mentoring product designers * Shaping UX strategy for enterprise products * Building and evolving design systems * Strengthening collaboration between design, product, and engineering * Supporting both 0-to-1 initiatives and mature product ecosystems * Translating complex business and user needs into practical, user-centered solutions Before moving into enterprise product design leadership, I founded and led a digital design and development studio, partnering with clients across hospitality, banking, telecommunications, government, and international organizations. Running a business taught me to think beyond the interface, balance user needs, business priorities, and technical realities, and navigate uncertainty. That perspective continues to shape how I lead product teams today. I’m especially interested in AI-enhanced product experiences, workflow automation, design systems, and improving how design and engineering teams work together to deliver better products. I’m always interested in connecting with people building thoughtful enterprise products, growing design organizations, and exploring the future of product design.
