About Me
I'm passionate about creating lovable products. I have more than 10 years of experience working as a designer, educator, and leader in some different businesses and projects, where I could create amazing products, and manage and develop people's skills. Currently, I'm working at XP Inc. as a Design Lead, where I'm responsible for strategic design decisions to scale asset management services products, working hands-on with a brilliant team of product designers. I’ve already worked with B2B and B2C mobile and desktop experiences, such as e-commerces, CRM, SaaS, White Label, and Multitenancy. I usually work close to agile teams with continuous discovery and problem-solving. Design Thinking, Lean Inception, Design Sprint, and Lean UX are some of my favorite methods.
