I'm Lydia, a Lead Product Designer with 10 years of industry experience. My qualifications include a Bachelor of Design Computing (Dean's List for Academic Excellence). My contribution spans all phases of the human-centered design process, from gathering and understanding user requirements, conducting user research, generating and testing user-centric design solutions, and working with high-performing teams to deliver world-class solutions.
