About Me

Lijo Joseph is a successful intrapreneur with over 20 years of experience in the Design industry. He is an established design leader heading India & APAC in TCS Interactive and mentor with a proven ability to manage geographically distributed teams to deliver product vision across platforms, surfaces and channels. In his pursuit of nurturing superior talent, he founded the reputed designLAB at Kochi. He followed on to found and lead the TCS Retail design team, CREATiX for global strategic Initiatives. TCS Interactive creates experience-led solutions based on context-centered design, design thinking, service design, user experience design, and digital content. The mission of TCS Interactive is two-fold: first, to help enterprises envision their future by applying design thinking to digital marketing, digital commerce, digital content, and digital experience; second, to help them drive that vision to execution. With a people-first approach, he follows a personal philosophy of “think with the heart and act with the brain.” He has nurtured a work culture that is Positive, Friendly and Informal. Lijo is well regarded for his relentless pursuit of excellence and contributions in team building, design strategy, design thinking, user experience, interaction design, brand identity design and visual communications. As a film producer, he is also engaged in production and creative design of feature films that have won National Award for the Best Malayalam Feature Film 2019, Kerala State award for Best Feature Film 2017, Best Feature Film at Kolkata International Film Festival 2020 and many other international awards.
