Over the last 10+ years, I've designed enterprise SaaS, healthcare, and consumer products, leading initiatives across AI platforms, customer experience systems, mobile applications, and design systems. My work has contributed to products serving 70K+ monthly active users and delivered measurable improvements in acquisition, engagement, retention, and operational efficiency. Most recently at Nextiva, I designed AI-powered customer support experiences, including XBert AI, NextIQ, TataPlay Agent Assist, and My Hub. My work focused on agentic workflows, AI copilots, conversational experiences, and human-in-the-loop systems that help support teams resolve issues faster while maintaining trust and control.
