About Me

Product design generalist with over a decade of experience. Currently focusing on design operations (or designops, for y'all who love buzzwords) and design leadership. I tend to cross the boundaries between design, business, code and product a lot and I really enjoy it. Boundaries are stupid anyway. Skills I use daily: - customer development - product strategy & product management - UX strategy & user-centered design - user interface design — from flowcharts to prototypes - user testing, user research, market research - measuring design success & linking design activity to business KPIs - visual identity design - designing, building and managing style guides & design systems - leading, mentoring and managing design teams
