About Me

I have over 25 years experience building high performance design and research teams, transforming businesses into human-centric businesses. I have been a leadership coach and mentor to dozens of individuals, helping them reach the next level in their careers. I am a hands-on leader who knows how to maximize design’s value delivery to drive differentiation and increase the bottom line. I have successfully used design to shift the strategic direction of global enterprises, deliver increased market share, improve customer satisfaction, and create competitive advantages. I have held executive roles in both consumer (Apple, Shutterfly, WebMD, etc.) and enterprise companies (SAP, Cisco, Zeitworks, etc.). And I have co-founded companies, most recently Zeitworks.
