About Me

I'm a designer living around the world, leading the Design Team at Pipefy — the leading lean management and AI-powered process automation platform. At Pipefy, we empower people and companies to take control of their daily work and scale operational excellence. Our platform connects teams across marketing, HR, customer service, finance, and beyond — enabling organizations to automate workflows, orchestrate processes end-to-end, and leverage AI assistance to make work smarter, faster, and more human-centered. Since 2015, Pipefy has helped thousands of doers worldwide solve business problems autonomously. Today, companies in over 150 countries — from startups to global leaders like Accenture, Visa, GE, and Volvo — rely on Pipefy to drive greater agility, efficiency, and high-quality outcomes. In my role, I lead a multidisciplinary Design team, shaping the product vision with a focus on UX strategy, design systems, and AI-driven experiences. I collaborate closely with engineering and product management to ensure that innovation and usability go hand in hand. Before Pipefy, I worked as Lead UX & UI Designer at GVT/Vivendi, a telecom company acquired by Telefonica Group (NYSE:TEF) for US$9.3 billion. Beyond work, I love creating digital products, building smart solutions that people truly enjoy using, and exchanging ideas with brilliant designers around the world. With a background in both design and coding, I bring concepts to life through interactive prototypes, transforming ideas into simple and beautiful experiences.
