About Me

I’m Mike Schindler, a UX leader and product design expert with over 20 years of experience transforming digital experiences across healthcare, government, and e-commerce. Currently, I serve as UX Director and Principal Designer at Unisys Corporation, where I lead human-centered design initiatives for a global portfolio of digital applications. Throughout my career, I’ve tackled challenges like simplifying federal programs that impact millions of Americans, collaborating with IDEO on government innovation, and shaping UX strategies for leading healthcare and pharmaceutical brands. My expertise spans design systems, accessibility, rapid prototyping, and product strategy, and I’m passionate about mentoring others in these areas. I believe in the power of human-centered design to drive meaningful change and would love to help others grow their skills and confidence in UX leadership, accessibility, and design thinking.
