Previously, I worked at Cisco on the Webex portfolio, specifically focusing on the contact center suite of products ranging from complex contact center provisioning and administration flows, business process automation flow builder tools for admins/developers, reporting and visualization tools for supervisors and collaboration tools for customer support agents. I hold a MS in HCI from CMU.
