About Me

I'm a Senior UX Designer with 11 years' experience designing complex, data-intensive enterprise systems — risk monitoring platforms for North American banks, compliance workflows for multinational insurers, and scheduling tools for enterprise workforce teams. I currently lead a 4-person design team at Capgemini India, and I bring the same rigour to every engagement: deep user research, structured information architecture, and Figma component systems built to scale across large product teams. I use Claude and Cursor every day — not as a shortcut, but as a genuine extension of how I think. Faster synthesis, sharper hypothesis formation, prototype-to-production in hours rather than days. Designing AI-native experiences follows naturally: I've built an MCP integration layer for a live product, designed copilot interaction patterns for regulated enterprise tools, and I think hard about what agentic UX actually means for users who don't know or care that there's an LLM behind the screen. Trainzilla is my proof-of-concept. I founded it in June 2025, designed the full system — Figma design system, coach web app, iOS and Android client app, trainer marketplace, and an MCP server with 20 real operations — and it's live with roughly 100 active coaches today.
