About Me

As a seasoned product design leader and strategist with over 15 years of experience, I specialize in crafting transformative digital experiences at the intersection of design, AI, and strategic innovation. My journey has taken me through pivotal roles at Google, Apple, Meta, Uber, Slack, and Rippling, where I've consistently tackled complex systems and led high-impact initiatives at global scale. At Google, I drove UX innovation for Android, reimagining the world's most widely-used operating system to deliver intuitive experiences for billions. Previously, at FIS, I pioneered the integration of cryptocurrency and Web3 technologies into traditional financial platforms, building from the ground up a robust design team dedicated to fintech innovation. Today, alongside my corporate journey, I lead Blank, a strategic consultancy and venture platform empowering organizations to leverage human-centered design and cutting-edge technology to drive growth and user engagement. I am deeply committed to mentoring emerging design leaders through platforms such as Designed.org and ADPList, where I advocate for empathetic, relational leadership grounded in authenticity and resilience. Driven by curiosity and strategic foresight, my approach blends rigorous systems thinking with creative agility, enabling teams to thrive and innovate in rapidly evolving digital landscapes. Whether guiding startups or established enterprises, I prioritize creating value-rich, beautifully useful experiences
