About Me
I’m a UX design lead who’s been creating simple and elegant solutions to complex problems for some of the world’s largest brands and across a range of industries for the past 15 years. My background in psychology and human factors allows me to make design decisions that match how users think, and I pride myself on being an excellent cross-discipline collaborator and partner (especially with development, research, and product management teams), which is critical to developing the best ideas that address the needs of both users and the business. I’ve had the privilege of leading small teams of product designers on a variety of projects over the past 6 years (while luckily still being able to get my hands dirty helping to solve design problems), and I consider some of the greatest successes to be helping others explore, learn, and ultimately grow in their craft together. I’m obsessed with making everything in life easier and more delightful (which is both a blessing and a curse). I also have insatiable curiosity which leads me to always try to answer the question: “Why?”
