I'm a product design leader with 15+ years of experience shaping high-impact design teams and building enterprise-grade platforms across e-commerce, healthcare, and fintech. Currently, I help to lead a 13-person design team at ESW, where we craft scalable software tools for global retailers expanding into international markets. My sweet spot is the intersection of user-centred design, systems thinking, and business strategy. I’ve built and led design orgs from the ground up, defined design systems adopted across entire companies, and collaborated closely with Product, Engineering, and Executive teams to launch tools that solve complex customer problems at scale. At companies like Osmind, Syapse, and Practice Fusion, I’ve driven end-to-end design in regulated industries—delivering products that are as elegant as they are impactful.
