About Me

Olanrewaju is a product designer with a track record of delivering successful design projects within deadlines and cost. Proven competency in leading design teams of 8+ and managing their deadlines and performance via leadership, guidance, teamwork and professionalism. In my years as a UI/UX Designer/Product designer I have learned that a business wouldn't exist without the user, hence why we must put the user front and center through out the entire design process. Having done some off the grid design projects, and now finding myself full-time in the SAAS product environment, I have also learnt that the digital space is as psychological as much as it is physical, hence why it is important that every product be established from a perspective of being mindful of the user's needs through thorough user research, and also finding a way to strategically match findings with suitable solutions that would lead to good conversion and retention rate to maximize business profit. I am comfortable working with cross-functional teams as well as working as a single member on a project. I have expert level skills in collaboration, design thinking, communication, and problem solving. I am proficient at using design tools such as: Figma, Adobe XD and Sketch. I am also proficient at using comprehensive auditing to iterate and fix problems of already existing products.
