About Me

Hey there! I'm Pratik Shah, Design Lead at Walmart, where I have the privilege of shaping remarkable, delightful, and accessible products. I'm incredibly passionate about how design can elevate our daily experiences. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working on a wide range of projects, from data-heavy dashboards to customer-facing applications. My expertise spans diverse industries, including e-commerce, audio research, FinTech, and the metadata domain. As a firm believer in the power of mentorship and education, I also actively take on the roles of a mentor and teacher, particularly in the areas of Design Thinking and Accessibility. Guiding aspiring designers and instilling the importance of inclusive design practices brings me immense joy and fulfillment. When it comes to UX design, my approach is all about empathy and putting the user at the center. I believe in creating experiences that not only meet functional requirements but also bring true joy and meaning to people's lives. By combining my technical skills, business understanding, and attention to detail, I'm constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
