About Me

With 15+ years of experience in UX and product design, including 6+ years leading UX teams as a Senior UX Manager, I help designers bridge the gap between beautiful interfaces and real business problems. My career has focused on enterprise SaaS products used by thousands of professionals across governance, risk, compliance, and operational management. I've led end-to-end UX initiatives, established UX processes, built and scaled design systems, introduced accessibility standards (WCAG), and partnered closely with product managers, engineers, executives, and customers to deliver measurable product improvements. I believe great UX starts with understanding people, not pixels.
