With 10 years of formation in Service Design and Product Design, I could be an autodidact to follow and contribute to the growth of the community of Service Design in Brazil. Acting for various innovation consulting, I carry out many projects for the financial, agricultural, telecommunication, and automotive areas, helping to design better experiences with interactions and collaboration between stakeholders and seeking new business opportunities.
