About Me

I have a long experience working in agencies & consultancies [across continents] as a Design Leader on multi-million dollar digital products & service platforms, brands and campaigns, with proven expertise within each domain across the experience delivery cycle – from Branding & Advertising to Innovation & Product Design to Service & Experience Design. I support AstroLabs in Dubai, VIISA in Vietnam, and now Designed.org. I currently operate as an advisor, consultant & practitioner, offering strategy & design services for any Product/Service, in a manner that helps businesses drive brand affinity, speed up time-to-market and reduce costs, whilst stitching overall customer experience consistency. I help startups and SMEs overcome commonly faced issues & challenges. Some problems I repeatedly hear are: – “We did focus groups and built our feature sets based on customer feedback. Our backlog was clearly focussed on solving a market need but still faced challenges with adoption.” – “We thought our product is more important than aesthetics and feel.” – “Our increase in adoption is quite sudden and we don’t know what to do.” – “We have a great product but people don’t think it’s ‘cool’.” – “We have invested time and again in Digital Advertising but it’s not getting any results.” – “The problem is not our product it’s the support that’s having issues.”
