Led its rebuild from a third-party vendor to fully in-house, revenue grew from $26M to $76M in year one, agency count up 39%. Also redesigned Disney's admin portal (28% fewer support escalations), built a self-serve pricing tool that cut CPM changes from weeks to minutes, and designed internal ad ops tooling used by Disney's technical teams. Previously: internal tools for regulated industries at Zigzy (now New American Funding) and McGraw-Hill (ed tech).
