Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with industry-leading companies such as PayPal, Juniper Networks, and Tekion Corp, where I've honed my skills in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. At PayPal, I led critical portal redesigns, significantly reducing development time and receiving recognition for fostering collaboration and delivering high-quality results. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in improving data quality, fixing over 148.8 million problematic email addresses, and optimizing user support processes, resulting in a 45% reduction in queries. At Juniper Networks, I focused on enhancing end-to-end user experiences for security products and led the development of robust design systems. My contributions were instrumental in ensuring seamless interactions and heightened security for users across various devices and platforms. During my time at Tekion Corp, I developed and maintained design systems for mobile apps and created innovative solutions such as an end-to-end calendar application for managing sales and service appointments. These projects showcased my ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and user-friendly designs. Notably, at Wekan Enterprise Solution, I took on the challenge of single-handedly creating end-to-end product experiences for both B2B and B2C markets, including the successful launch of OBE Power, which secured $2.3M in Series A funding. I also led the development of an open-source design system, empowering teams to collaborate efficiently and consistently deliver high-quality products.
